We also put our feet up in the summer, so please feel free to ask for a room.

Booking information for winter & summer

Apartments:

All prices for the apartments refers to the minimum number of persons excluding final cleaning and excluding local tax (winter: € 3,00 per person and night / summer: € 3,00 per person and night).

 

Bread service for the apartments:

You can use the bread service in winter and in summer where you can order fresh bread and scones, milk, butter and many more from the local backer.

 

Comfort-class  and family rooms:

All prices are per persons and night including breakfast and excluding local tax (winter: € 3,00 per person and night / summer: € 3,00 per person and night).

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival all apartments are ready from 15 o’clock onwards.

On the day of departure you can use our rooms till 9 o’clock.

 

Non-smoking room:

In all our apartments and rooms smoking is prohibited.

Pets:

We ask you for your understanding, that no pets are allowed.

 

Payment Options:

Payment possible only in cash. We do not accept credit cards.

Please pay the invoice at least 2 days before departure.

Advance payment:

For binding reservation we ask you to pay an advance payment being 40% of the total price agreed on. (Receipt of payment 20 days after reservation). The exact price will be stated on the reservation confirmation.

 

Cancellation / travel cancellation insurance:

We recommend to enter into a travel cancellation insurance (www.europaeische.at).

The appointments of the “Austrian Hotelreglements” apply.

 

Bus:

The bus station is in walking distance (1 minute) from our house. With a valid ski pass you or a guest card you can use the bus transfers in all areas of the valley totally free of charge.

 

Storage room for skies:

During you stay you can put your skiing equipment in our storage room where you can also make use of our boot dryer.

 

Storage room for bikes:

For your bikes we can offer a secure store room.
